BEPs are developed for design phases and construction phases separately, ensuring each team has clear expectations and responsibilities.
Common Data Environment (CDE) Management
We set up and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as the project CDE — handling folder structures, access permissions, model and drawing version control, submission and approval workflows, and full audit trails. One source of truth. Always current. Always controlled.
Model Review & Standards Compliance
We continuously review BIM models across all disciplines against project standards, naming conventions, coordinate systems, and LOD requirements. This applies to design-stage submissions, construction-stage models, and trade subcontractor deliverables.
Clash & Issue Management
Coordination issues are logged, assigned, tracked, and resolved through a structured process — not just distributed as reports. We use ACC, Revizto, Procore, or structured manual trackers depending on project requirements, maintaining full visibility and accountability throughout.
Progress Monitoring & BIM Activity Tracking
We track BIM progress against BEP requirements and project milestones — monitoring model submission status, coordination cycle completion, issue resolution, and trade model readiness. This keeps BIM delivery predictable and aligned with construction timelines.
Client & Stakeholder Reporting
We keep clients and project leadership informed about BIM activities in a way that's clear and actionable — without overwhelming them with technical data. Regular reporting covers BIM progress, coordination status, key risks, and upcoming deliverables.
